We carried out tele diagnosis over the phone on my customers Audi TT. This was a problem job which I’d reached a dead end on finding the cause of non start. I was guided through a series of checks on the vehicle, including checking fuses and power supply to the engine ECU. Within less than 1 hour we had found the problem was a broken wire in the engine wiring loom. I was so impressed with the speed and direct route in which we found the cause of the fault.
